2. Enterprise Software License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ZITVORE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our enterprise SaaS platforms and security services strictly for your internal business operations.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code from any of our products is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

ZITVORE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
